How Can I be sure of the quality of these products?
The products on this site are supplied by Hafele, one of the Worlds largest supplier of kitchen and furniture components in the World. Hafele has been trading for over 80 years and is renowned for quality for innovation.
I cant find the Hafele product code I want on the site
We can supply most Hafele products, so if you have a Hafele product code that you want to buy and cant find it on our site, email us at enquiries@mykitchenstore.co.uk and we will give you a price and availaiblity.
 Returns
Can I return goods?
You can return your goods for whatever reason by notifying us of cancellation of your order with 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Your notification must be received by us in writing, either by email of by letter. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
 Delivery
When will my goods be delivered?
For most items, we use a standard carrier, with delivery normally taking 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 28 days. If your goods are not in stock or there will be a delay in delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
 Payment
How do I pay by credit card rather than PayPal account?
You can pay with Credit Card through PayPal - when you click through to the payment system on PayPal, scroll down the page until you find the Credit Card option - be sure to read the instructions carefully as you process your payment as PayPal will try to convert you to an account as you proceed - stick to the Credit Card only option.

Why do offers sometimes not show on the offers page?
We often make special offers to selected customers based on loyalty and previous purchases - if so, you will only see the details of the offers if you have registered and logged in - and if you are eligible. To see all the offers that are available to you at any time, you should click on the special offers menu item in your personal profile area.

Where can I get technical information about my products?
For almost all the products on our site, you will find access to a pdf document on the detail page, if you click on this you will open up a product information sheet that has all the technical information relevant to that product.

Does my product come with all the necessary fixings?
Some of our products require fixings to be purchased separately. This may be because there are variations available to suit different circumstances. Please check the product details carefully to ensure you have all the items you need before placing your order.
